Yoga based movement with focus on building joint stability, mobility, flexibility and local muscle endurance. Great for athletes who want to learn proper movement.
hardcore
Focus on building core strength in a safe manner. Using your spine in neutral in many different positions and with additional weight. We never use movements that can harm the spine and lower back (no leg lifts, crunches, or situps).
restorative stretch class
Using a foundation of yoga and athletic stretching this is a great class to learn how to maintain flexibility and mobility.
