Each MpowerD class includes a maximum of 9 students, allowing the instructor to provide an experience around the needs of the group -- offering beginner, moderate, or advanced options for each part. All classes honor every person and their abilities. Please do not ever wonder if you can attend a class.

yoga classes
hatha
Full practice that includes opening mantras, pranayma (breathing), meditation, sequenced asana (yoga poses), and closing mantra with a focus on safety.
beginner's
New to yoga? Our beginner's yoga is an opportunity to build or rebuild your foundation in yoga. Our class is 60 minutes that includes simple mantras, pranayama (breathing), meditation, asana (yoga poses), mindfulness and deep relaxation with a focus on safety or restart your practice.
slow flow
A more basic class, with longer holds and more grounding postures. A nice place for new practitioners, or the athlete who needs to slow down. This class will concentrate on more basic postures, hip openers, forward folds as well as restorative stretching to release any unnecessary stress.
vinyasa
Sometimes dubbed as "power yoga". One breath movement to warm up and build heat. Following with long holds in challenging postures to build strength. Ending with some deep stretches and a nice long savasana. The is class has guided movements at a fast pace for an amazing challenge; corrections and modifications as needed.
nidra
Mantra and guided meditation that balances chakras, eases the mind and relaxes the body to help the student find that amazing space of falling to sleep but maintaining awareness.
restorative
During your restorative class, you will explore a handful of poses -- each one chosen to help you relax, restore and release. The asana, or yoga pose will be held for up to 8 minutes, with the help of props like blocks and blankets. Your restorative teacher will assist in setting up props to work best with your body and ensure you are most comfortable. The teacher will gently guide you through cues to relax each part of your being while in a restorative and opening pose. The restorative class includes, full practice that focuses on relaxing deeply in poses, includes opening mantras, pranayama (breathing), meditation, in poses using props and closing mantra.
swakriya
Full beautiful gentle practice using the elements, mantra, mudras and meditation to help balance the student mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
