MpowerD Hatha Yoga is a sixty minute practice that includes a focus on the following:
Each MpowerD class includes a maximum of 9 students, allowing the teacher to provide an experience around the needs of the group- offering beginner, moderate, or advanced options for each part. All classes honor every person and their abilities. Please do not ever wonder if you can attend a class. This class will in no way contradict your personal religious system or beliefs. MpowerD is proud to offer a yoga environment that welcomes any and all people interested in learning the yogic techniques or mindfulness, movement, breath, and service. |
