Lucy loves using her Thai techniques to help retire pro athletes move more freely, stand up taller, and feel younger!

Lucy lives in Loudoun County and is the proud mother of 3 amazing young men; from elementary school to college age. Lucy has been involved with sports since childhood. She was a state champion gymnast who attended Gymini Gymnastics here in Loudoun County. Additionally Lucy began coaching gymnatics for all ages with Gymini Gymnastics. She has lived through her own host of injuries during her competitive years at Broad Run High School and knows the body well.

She attended AKS Massage School in Herndon in 2005. She has a passion for helping people and wants everyone to perform at their best and live comfortably. She enjoys helping clients with Advanced Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Thai Massage techniques as well as stretching. She is also certified in Thai Massage.

Lucy loves dancing, yoga, spending time with her friends and enjoys baking.

Lucy is Nationally Certified, state licensed, county licensed and a member of AMTA and NCBTMB.
