After checking in, your technician will guide you to the cryosauna, where you will be instructed to prepare for your service. The therapist will answer any questions you may have! After your service you will feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the day! We do offer a complimentary 10M session with the fascia roller after a whole body cryotherapy session, however it must be booked too.
