These three groups were focused on trying to improve their ability for foul shots. Each of the three groups were tested on their ability to make foul shots before the experiment began.
1st group practiced foul shooting for an hour a day.
2nd group just visualized themselves making free throws.
3rd group was the control group and did nothing.
After 30 days, he tested them again.
