Holly will review your full history and how the pain presents and limits you today. She will also go over what you have tried and how you are currently trying to correct your dysfunction or manage your pain. Holly will asses mobility, stability, flexibility, posture, patterns and strength. She will development a pram of movement and video tape it before you leave. Holly will also offer suggestions on integrative therapies and/or follow up bodywork.
