Sports Therapists
Holly is the lead therapist. She pulls from the West and the East as well as has a rich history and deep education in assessing acute injury, chronic pain and dysfunction. She uses everything in her arsenal to help reduce pain and increase function. Holly is also a yoga teacher and uses yoga based movement as well as functional movement in her athletic recover/restorative and core classes.

Tasha works with athletes and non-athletes who suffer from chronic pain or acute injury. Her unique approach to improving the health of soft tissue comes from years of experience. She will customize a plan for you by suggesting exercises and/or stretches.
