The Cryosauna uses Nitrogen gas to lower the clients skin surface temperature by 30-50 degrees Fahrenheit over a period of two to three minutes. The Cryo chamber is cooled using liquid nitrogen. The interaction between the extreme cold temperature and the skin causes a nerve reaction. Messages are sent to the brain that act as a stimulant to the regulatory functions of the body. It produces the scanning of all areas that may not be working to their fullest potential. The skin exposure to the extreme temperatures also triggers the release of anti-inflammatory molecules and endorphins. We offer youth whole body cryotherapy for those between the ages of 13 to 17 (18, if still in high school).
Our assessments deal with acute injury and chronic pain. Our instructors customize a routine to help get you back into peak shape. They will suggest exercises and stretches so you can practice anywhere to ensure you get the results you desire.
