We are gearing up for our move and |
 As a veteran and former athlete, James understands the toll that stress and everyday life can put on the body, and as a bodyworker focuses on helping clients to relax and relieve pain while eliciting the parasympathetic response within the muscles. He has amazing full-body skills that can allow you to escape the moment, focus on your own breath and relaxation. One client who has been giving and receiving body work for decades, said he saw colors when James was working on him; a sign of true compassion and connection. In the future, James plans to become Reiki certified to help balance and positively effect others’ energy fields and to help create a better outlook on their lives. Also, he equally wants to focus on releasing restricted fascia and tight muscles by learning more advanced methods to educate clients. |  After spending over a decade in corporate marketing, Jess decided to pursue her passion for healing others by making the transition into the world of natural health and wellness. Recently earning her RYT200 yoga teacher certification as well as her Reiki I & II certifications, Jess takes a holistic approach to wellness, with a strong focus on the connection of the mind and the body. Whether you're looking to address an emotional concern, energetic need, or physical pain, Jess will customize each session to help restore homeostasis and joy. Currently, Jess is offering both Youth, Adult and Senior Reiki sessions at the current facility. She is enrolled in a EFT/TFT certification course and is excited to add those services to her offerings. She will be offering her yoga classes at the new clinic. |
