Did you know that using a sauna can improve sleep?If you are having issues sleeping, you may want to try a visit to our infrared sauna! Saunas improve sleep by releasing endorphins and relaxing muscles. Plus, you can have a 2 in 1 session by using our Oxygen Bar at the same time!

It's normal for our bodies to need a break in the middle of the day...We totally get the afternoon slump - that's because it's normal for our bodies to need a break in the middle of the day. That's where we come in to help. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we have open nap/meditation in our studio.
From 1 PM to 3 PM, our studio goes dark so you can nap or meditate. Visit us and give yourself a break during the day. Happy Monday!
