On Thursday at 5:30 PM, Meg will be teaching "Essential Oils for the Athlete". Come learn why athletes like Olympic rugby player Alev Kelter and two time Olympic gold medalist in snowboarding Jamie Anderson are using doTERRA essential oils like peppermint and deep blue during competition and Onguard for immune system boosting. doTERRA has an entire athletes kit and in this class you are going to get information first hand on how these products can help maximize your training and support your bodies healing process before during and after workouts or sports competitions. On Friday at 6 PM, Meg will be teaching "Essential Oils for Emotional Support". Come and learn how you can use essential oils to help your mood, support your anxiety, and enhance you over all emotional state of being. This class will include information on why most aromatherapists recommend citrus oils for mood uplifting, how you can use lavender to ease those stressful feelings and how you can even use oils to support feeling grounding and secure in you daily life. We will be doing a short meditation at the end using doTERRA's essential oil Balance. Both workshops are only $18 each and you will leave with new knowledge about essential oils!
