Today's focus is Beginner's Yoga: MpowerD's Beginner's Yoga is an opportunity to build or rebuild your foundation in Yoga. These classes are a wonderful way to jump back into your yoga practice, or begin a new one! MpowerD Beginner's Yoga is a sixty minute practice that includes sutras (yogic foundation and philosophy), a focus on pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (yoga postures), mindfulness and deep relaxation. All yoga classes are all customized to your needs and abilities. NOTE: This class will in no way contradict your personal religious system or beliefs. MpowerD is proud to offer a yoga environment that welcomes any and all people interested in learning the yogic techniques or mindfulness, movement, breath, and service.

This service is very popular among people who are inflexible, train very hard, people who love deep compression, and retired pro-athletes. Combining Thai Massage, otherwise known as "Lazy Man's Yoga," with a plethora of Sports Massage Techniques, and Medical Thai Techniques, offers a service like no other! This service is performed on a traditional Thai Mat and the client wears loose fitting clothing (we can provide t-shirts and shorts if needed). You can relax and let our massage therapist, Lucy, work her magic! |
